I'm just going to List a few nit picks here so here goes:

~ To make it look more ghostly, you should be reduced the transparency of the solid layer at the edges or ends, like the legs, you've only put smoke and a slight fade, but it looks like the smoke is more of a smog covering the feet rather than a Smoky deformation of the feet as she metrailises .

~The Lips should be raised more, or distorted slightly to suit the angle

~The clothes should have more dark shades and a darker shade too, it currently doesn't suit the lighting of the skin too well

~The little spirits need to give the character a blue glow on the face, eyes and hair

~The hair lines and colours need to be refined more, you can see the unfilled white parts, and I can see you were trying to create line variation which is good, but you should have a standard thickness, some of you lines are too thin, and it looks weird not having a line that gradually declining lines, you sort of have a line that don't go from thin to think to think in some areas, it just degrades the style a little

~I think the torso, or the chest area needs a little more thickening, the thighs are long and think so it looks a bit weird when you see a small Petit body being held by those legs

~In some places the lines are a bit to sketchy, try increasing your are software's stability option, or use paint sai so you can do some line art that's accurate

~In terms of the face, the eyes are slightly too far apart, the crease over the eyes need to be more round considering the shape of your eyes.

~you could probably do with a few more creases on the skirt, it looks wrenched at the front

Conclusion:
It's really good in terms of the skin colouring, the positioning and movement of the body and the concept of it with her smoking her limbs and her filth Victorian clothes along with the Japanese yokai flame spirits, but you really need to work on the lines and the uses of colour (including the pink on the hair, which doesn't fit with the colour green to well) , they colours in particular are too dull. I get you wanted to make a zombie colour hair, but you could really add bright green highlights to make it stand out more, the same goes for the clothes, the spirits were a great chance to give it a blue glow to make it more impactful, but you didn't use them too well. I think getting rid of the pink in the hair and making the dark yellow part of the eyes lighter would improve it visually too, I like the idea of her having a girl pink highlight with her ghostly hair, and dead eyes with cute eyes, but they contrast too much, you need to blend them in, so you could make a tone which is a mix of that pink and green to put in-between the colours as a transition. The body looks fine, it could do with a few more creases and adjustment of the torso, but it looks good proportionally, I think making her legs slightly transparent from her keens to where you have made it slightly transparent (her ankles) would make it looks more ghostly, and the same can be said for her waving hair, her hands and dress.

I know all of this is nit picky, but you've got not not so nit picky stuff sorted, so I'm just giving you something you can work on, I don't expect you to change all of this, It would be a load for me if I had to XD
