Yes, this colour pencil fanart beats my digital painting of The Mandalorian from last year.

Anytime traditional beats digital - simply because you cannot CTRL-Z to undo your mistakes.

This is Darth Maul, Palpatine's initial Apprentice, from the 1999 movie, Star Wars Ep 1 : The Phantom Menace.

Palps may be evil but he does have a knack for choosing badasses as his sidekicks.

Darth Maul is my favourite Sith - killed by my favourite Jedi, Obi Wan Kenobi.

This was drawn in graphite pencil first, then coloured with Faber Castell's Polychromos colour pencils.

If I can say one thing to the Artist who created this back in 2017, it'd be this :

"Nisha, I appreciate your honesty in not wanting to be a perfectionist when it comes to creating artworks & I am proud of how you continued with the face even though it's not perfect.

But you gotta learn - you can always 'better your best' "
