800x800 warning if you make a lovely full view.Well... began this in late April, ended in the mid of May. Started with Nishi on a mushroom, ended with some sort of romantic scene? At least I'm guessing it is because: "Love is not two people staring each other's eyes... it's the two looking far away in the same direction." But I don't know, someone else's words. Anyways, it's right between lust and the sad man at the top... but anyways.
Many people added in ideas, I put each one in some sort of form... or at least tried. Even if it's not how you thought it'd be. Very fun, took a while. Never done one this big, I plan to at least use it as a desktop until someone here asks about it.
I think I like real life, traditional, collages better though... as fun as it is to use color and different techniques... I love the literature I'm able to add in traditional work... I tried to use as little words possible here. I can fill it with inside jokes, lyrics, senseless things, learn to write upside down... but here I have to make some odd sort of design or action for each part.
Rest assured, there's at least a hint of meaning behind each and everything I add in... as little as it may be. I'm not yet adding in anything in collages yet, desperation on hold. Good times.
And yuperoo, very busy indeed... but I don't see that as a bad thing anymore... probably why a lot of my work is busy, I love collages. All the little details, even if it's too much for anyone to notice, it's fun looking over, and when I add nothing new to a collage in real life a friend can find something new each time. I talk too much.
Three layers (Four including the sketch) means good times to me. @.@

Well done! That's actually a really neat idea. I don't think I've ever seen a digital one before. It must've been patience-comsuming. XD There's a nice variety of stuff in there-- people, Nishi, cartoony characters, scenery, etc. I like how tidy and cleanly put together this looks. You made this look very proffessional! Awesome job as always. =]

Hehe, I can't remember commenting on this yet - even though I've seen it for almost a month now. Anyhow - this picture is huge - and a little confusing too (at least to me). Not that it's a bad thing, in fact, it gives one loads of chances to discover something new everytime they look at it. A few parts of it remind me of abstract art, parts are just plain cute (well, pretty much all of the picture is

Wowwie... as always I haven't a clue where to start... a definite thank you of course. I was worried about all the folds and such in the clothes... I'm never really too sure where exactly to put them, so your words are quite reassuring. ^^
And yes, lines, no lines, including all parts of the face and eyes, leaving some out, different expressions... they might look sort of odd, but I wanted to try and test out a lot of different looks... see what works... I didn't do as much variety as I wished, but I guess I still have a bit to work on first, and this all helps. :3
Oh, I'm majorly impressed that you could recall Nicole too, maybe the name below helped, but being able to spot her out on here too makes it seem like that mission was accomplished. 
The pirate girl was a suggestion, I had nothing to do with it, I swear! X3 I was going to keep this one appropriate... but I failed. @.@ Eek, and you're right, that corner does sort of look grey and dark and dull compared to the rest... Adjusting to more computer screen problems isn't much of an excuse though, I could have tried to brighten it up a bit more... sort of throughs the rest of the theme off... but you indeed found another thing! :3
Well, I tried to find what I could and so on... it was very fun and quite the honor to read a Toby-comment... always doing your best to help out a friend in the world of illustration and ideas. So honorable, so detailed, so Toberiffic! Good times, always comes in handy, couldn't thank you enough!

This is ecstatically awesome, Nishi! My god, how do you find the time to do things like this?! It's insane that I wasn't here to check this out much much earlier (even though I just got home, and you submitted it when I left for Huatulco XD) but it's way too awesome to be only faved twelve times! If I were multiple people, it'd have so much more than that!

Wow, you certainly worked hard on this pic. It looks pretty awesome. I like the big variety of backgrounds on this, the flowers, the rainbow, the different skies, the streets, and the shaped objects. The 22+ characters look great as well. (I dunno what's up with Lan holding a shoe, but whatever, it still rocks.

I've never found multiple layers to be much help. It really only confuses things in my opinion (though I USED to be a 100+ layer person myself XD, bad days they were, layer addiction).

Well Nishi, I spent a full day trying to think of a good comment for this mainly because it has been a while since you last submitted. That's unfortunate in a sense, you need to unbusy yourself. If you weren't to talk about it, I could have assumed this picture took a while to do, especially with the clash of different styles you've used in previous pictures. The coloring is superb, as usual. I'm not even going to try and ponder what each individual thing stands for; that might take a year to get.

The biggest part anyway is how imaginative this actually is which give me a feelin' and a try 2 symbolisize somethin huge 4thcoming in one word, like a ehm' *thinks*...a last good bye or another century with reunite cultures, I don' know
