2. She got captured by the major enemy.
And other things, including persona and physical attributes.

when I say she's like a hinata I mean that she is in love withthe main character even though the main character shows intrest in another female of the story. Like before Inoue got taken to the Arrancar place, when Rukia got hurt from GrimJaw's attaack and Inoue had to heal her, It was obvious that Ichigo cared for Rukia by the look in his eyes. And Inoue knew it too.
