Haha. I made Pikachu a boy on this because mines a boy on my Moemon game. I always imagine him to have these kind of expressions on his face. x3

Sprites are pretty easy to make. They're my forte actually. It'd be no problem making them but I'd still need the program to switch them out for the old, normal ones. I don't think anyone has made a program like that yet so...

Oh? well that's great then. I'm sure that sort of thing exists somewhere, it has to. Unfortunately there's something with bios or whatever to release a patch that mapped over the pokemon sprites for an emerald game, completely translated. If I can find that guy that did something like that again, I'll let you know. See if maybe I can hook up a little convo between you two to see if something might be able to be done. That is, if he's able to make that sort of thing.
