Personality: He has multi-personalities, so it depends on the current form hes in.
Normal: Calm and seemingly emotionless. Has a hard time showing people how he feels unless he turns into other form first. The most mature of the forms.
Sunny: Happy and childish. A bit of a KY and isn't good with serious topics.
Rainy: Shy and tends to be upset a lot. Really sweet and likes to help others. This form of him tends to think that hes no good and forces to go to another form (particularly his Snowy form) when he "can't deal with something."
Snowy: Uncaring and apathetic. The rudest of the forms.

History:
Born in a fairly rich family. His parents are overprotective of him but due to their jobs they're rarely around at all.
Because of his parent's fear of practically everyone "out to get their son" he hasn't exactly seen or know about a lot of the world.
Skye actually had to sneak out to go in camp, wanting to see what it was like to do things normal youths do, without his parents knowing, because they wouldn't allow it otherwise.
(I USUALLY have history with ??? marks so the people I rp with aren't given away my character's actual storyline without a little work, but it seems that the group won't allow suspense... Like a story that tells the ending before you finish reading, how depressing. :T )

Aditional Info:
. His forms can switch in different ways: if his emotions get too out-of-wack, if he uses a move that changes the weather, or if the weather changes on its own.
. If hes feeling an emotion strongly, he'll be stuck in the form that feels that emotion most. (Like if hes greatly upset, he can't switch out of his Rainy form.)
. He considers his other personalities as completely different people. He'll call them as he, him, they, ext. and will correct someone if they say otherwise.
. Hes extremely good at anything involving his legs, but his health isn't that great so he can't do things for very long without being in a sort of pain.
. His ahoge is like Italy's ahoge. (and if you don't know what that means, you can find out for yourself)
