Backstory:
Bruce dream where to become a preformer, his beloving father always was an insperation. Bruce's unfortunate father hade Parkison and one day the father died because of police addicent, the case was never solved. This created an alternetiv identity in Bruce. This Villain is Bruces hatred for the police, but also a Hero that Bruce always wanted(Or so how the other personality sees it), to help the poor in Crown's Bay, take from the rich and give to the poor. With the influence from Bruce's actor and director skill, the other identity took on a wicked yellow mask that will represent his personality. Which was the start of a wicked crusade against police enforcment and celebrities, also to make a great theater out of it! Thus becoming Madcap.
