"Salutations All!" - Penny Polendina

I would like to welcome a "new" existing character of the Hue. It started out as a character design, then combine into a Hue. drawing of a Joy Character we all know in loved.

This new design is an updated version in a mix of a concept, Vol.1 and Vocaloid. Her hairstyle or 'Hairdo" is inspired by Cyan from an anime "Show by Rock!!". The swords still has the same shape, but the design has changed using projected hard-light blade with the emergency system, if was about to hit her by accident. The handle have no longer uses string, instead it can move wireless freely with a help of the "Spectralites" tech.
