awww tobi don't ever change <3i was inspired by hinata and how she's always so shy and is constantly fiddeling with her fingers, its so cute and she looks so innocent. i got the idea of tobi doing the same action and i'm really happy with the way this one turned out consideing i did it on the computer-with only a mouse-( a note to my sister, Misha i'm sorry that i havn't used you're digital pen much)

yeah,un!!! when you go to save the image go the the scroll button under file typle and change it to JPEG or GIF

well then you'll have to save images as jpeg's then, thats the format i use

well i use filters, i did light green then random dark-green lines then used a blured filter and pit it on an angle. the stars were a brush on different sizes and a lighter transparency
