The plates on the side of his neck are chromium plated, so are also several other of his metal upgrades.

ABILITIES | Technological Genius.

Russel has no "real" ability, or at least if he does it is not supernatural. Ever since birth it was almost as if he could talk to electronics. Whenever things got broken he had a compulsion to fix it, even if the cost of new parts would be more than what it would cost to buy a new one.

Can hack any database. No information on the web is safe from him.
Can build/ fix almost anything.
His brain is always haywired. (This is why he sometimes smokes weed to take it down to normal speed so he can relax)

UPGRADED BODYPARTS | (Always changing / adding)

People always asume that Russel must have been in some kind of terrible accident, why else would he have all those metal parts. In reality that is far from the truth, all of the technology that have been installed on him are made by himself, he wanted to be better, to reach beyond the limits and restrictions of the human race, so thet is why he conducted a series of experiments on himself. The eye was the first to go, but V.1 went far from planned, his body rejectled the new implant and caused him more pain than he had been expecting. But even after this he kept trying, and in the end he managed to find a "recipe" that was substainable.

His left eye has been converted. The lence can zoom in more than 100 times that of a normal human. It also has an infrared setting which makes him able to see in the dark.

Neck and collarbone.

Both his hands have been converted for added speed when using computers as well as being able to handle chemicals/ metals with more precision and without trembling.

As a young teen he actually felt so insecure about his manly bits that he "upgraded them". Everything looks, feels and functions just like a regular one but it is bigger than what he had to begin with.

▌All work and no play

Mechanic | engeeneer | hacker | self employed | sometimes working for the government as long as they pay up.

Russel works mainly by creating weapons or gadgets for other superheroes or the government.
He also do tracking/ hacking and detective jobs for the police or whomever wants to hire him. As long as they can pay the price (which is rather high) then he has no problem with who he works for or what they want.
