Playing with Photoshop filters is a bad idea. There's so many possibilities man...
Well, here is Raysen, long time not see uh ? Was watching at tmnt, and fighting poses
came all over my head...
EDIT : I drew this one without any model, and now I'm looking at break-dancing stuffs, I think the leg is just not right, I don't know, Niva's confused.

Just turn it upside down, and you will see that's okay ^^,
As I said before, for first sight her legs were strange for me, but if you rotate the pic (or be lazy like meh and just grab your laptop and turn upside down xD) you'll see that it's sooo okay. If I'm not sure with a pose I stand up and do it myself, if it needs in front of a mirror to be sure.

The title is going to be "Storytelling" or something like that, I didn't decide it yet.
Oh, she? Her name is Prue. If I can say it, Prue for me is like Raysen to you, that gives me the idea that I want to hear Raysen's story, so here Raysen tells to Prue it and as she speaks she plays with fire...
(I still hope you will like it and not kill me for that I make a pictrue about her

Here's the essence of what I always loved about your art style - you're not afraid of different poses and of clean but not so detailed lines. You fill these lines with beautiful colours! I love the lights here - especially on he top - you used so many different hues.

Suck Raysen...such Fire...such break dance pose...
Ok, doge isn't my thing, so I'll return to my very own way to critique this: The very first thing that jumps into my eyes is the color, first of all because here there is a huge improvement, begining with your colors here, for the theme, are actually pretty lightful, but not into a "oh you make my eyes bleed" way, into a "such oft colors, such harmony between the tones, and also, such wonderful tones that play along"...long color story short "soft colors, nice blending, cool harmony, great job with the tones and lights, soft for the eyes, and even visual harmony".
Now, toward anatomy, here's another point of improvement, fisrt of all, the furry work here looks softer also, making it better for Raysen as the furry category, the thin line and the soft color helps better for that furrynes. The break dance poe and the perspectivity of the feet are fine, I can't catch any mistake at first sight, and that's fine, because that means that, as an illustrator, you're simple getting better. BUT, here comes a BIG BUT, I really enoy how you dear work you concept work toward backgrounds, and this work deserve one, or at least a shadow under Raysen, this little detail will make this work PERFECT (again).
BUT, theres another good stuff related to this amazing work, the hair movement, mostly the tail one (both her tail and her hair tail), the actually have flow, and also gives movement into your work, and again softness is present, creating an harmonious work, that finish into the flow of the fire, that also have harmonious tones, movement and curves. (Also, amazing highlights in the fire, looks so natural)
