Clover heard incredible stories about what happened to the nova tree and the devastation it caused. She couldn't believe, that such a big creature as the deelagun existed and destroyed so much of the town, followed by a plague. Better said, she didn't want to believe it. What if such a thing came again? Would there be again so much suffering? Clover didn't want to think about it anymore and instead focused on the nova sapling, that would grow into a big nova tree. She visited the sapling together with Sylus, who probably had seen it many times, since he didn't seem as interested as she was.
"Can you imagine, how big it will grow? And how many shiny colors it will have? Spites are never going to bother Wynsiph ever again!", she dreamed.
"I guess...", he said, without looking at the sapling.
Instead he observed the wyngrew and flower patches in the area. Clover pouted and tried to come up with a plan, so that Sylus would be a little bit more talkative and interact with her.
"You know... This nova sapling sure is going to grow in to a beautiful flower...", she claimed and immediately felt Sylus' piercing glare.
"Come on, Clover. You know, that a nova tree clearly isn't a flower. It even has 'tree' in its name! Flowers are very different...", Sylus started and went on a tangent, explaining to her everything he knew about flowers and how they were build.
Even if Clover wasn't as interested in flowers as he was, she appreciated his enthusiasm and passion. It was something he liked and she could listen to him for hours if it meant, they could talk a little bit more with each other.
