I didn't doubt it! I'm just amazed by the realism. At first I thought it was a picture, and then I thought it was really good 3D modeling. When I saw you did it in CS2 (which is basically the same as actually drawing/sketching it) I was just stunned stunned that someone did that "by hand".

Not putting a highlight on the eye to show it's there is bit creepy, but looks detailed.

I love the detail you put into the delicate white feathering around the face, and the flecking near the edge is quite nice. Perhaps next time, I'd suggest adding detail to the eye[unless the 'vacant' look is what you were going for, in which case it works. ^^] and on the brown feathering texture as well.
overall, though, very well done.
