Just a little bebby-- err, actually an ancient dragon goddess, reduced to the form of a mostly sleeping child nowadays due to lack of believers. Her ancient name is much longer and forgotten.
She's a lucid dreamer, and whatever she dreams about for long enough, or in enough detail, comes into existence, complete with its history - could be things, living beings, even whole worlds, if she dwelled on them enough.
Neither Noo nor any of her creations are aware of this-- she is the unintentional creator of several of my story settings. :U
