Though not actually Marie Antoinette
I do believe the real one was far uglier.
The dress however, was from france in the earlier centuries.. (I don't remember which one, so sue me)
This picture was done in pen and ink, with those stupid little nibs and actual ink you dip it in.
All the splatters appear to be on purpose, I had to make it look that way.. because I have a habit of scribbling every-which-way to make things darker.
You can't do that with a quill, it'll actually shoot at you. And I got ink on myself every day I worked on this picture.
The red came in later, and I gave her a gun which replaced her fan. I dunno how much it looks like a gun, it was pretty dark.................................
Now that I realise it, she's rather crooked.
I spent a great deal of time on this picture. I think it's my favourite..
