Most of my 'quick drawings' turn out ok from the head to the shoulders, and crap from the shoulders to the feet.

When I draw girls, the bodies are usually pretty good. Guys are another story, haha.

Yeah, I find it difficult to draw mlaes. It's only been recently that I've been able to make them look less androgynous in the face department.

And most of the females I draw my dad thinks are males for some reason.

Yeah. Whenever I draw Deidara from Naruto, my dad is sure that he's a girl, no matter how much I tell him otherwise.

Oce, I took a picture to my dad of two OCs of mine having a battle. He was commenting on the shading, saying this like "This GUY needs more shading on the back of his head, and the other GUY needsto be holding his sword different..."
And I was like "Dad...They're both girls"

That sux. my dad likes to comment while I'm drawing. Like, "Where's her eyes?" "I haven't drawn them yet, dad." "Oh. Well, what about her hands?" "I haven't drawn them yet either, Dad." And so on and so forth. He kinda just likes to make me angry.
