Based on a couple books in my collection this appears to be a Ugra class (NATO designation; the Soviet designation was Project 1886/1886U) built from the early 1960's into the early 1970's. The superstructure, anchor housing, and hull lines fit the Ugra, though the lattice mainmast appears more representative of the earlier Don class (Soviet project 310), perhaps it was added during a later refit.

Thanks, that does help because I dont have an ID for her as it is. Its quite sad that these ships pass through on their way to the breakers and nobody knows their history or names.
