EDIT: Added more color to skin, softened wrinkles and added little more depth to her lips

Okay here's the deal. Last Saturday I was hanging out with bunch of awesome Finnish artist and I was showing them some of my works.
And I got some great feedback, mostly about that my values needed more work. I thought it a lot and decided to make them right

This's my first try. Even though skin is pretty much rainbow colored, values work now, at least in my opinion :'D

Wow spot on great contrast in the eyes and hair. If I had to critique it I say (ignoring the rainbow coloring) her upper lip feels a bit flat compared to the other features of her face. Love the contrast in the hair from the lighting.
