the earth's treasures..This is my 1st piece to feature felted beads, nestled in the roots with the variety of wood and glass beads.

I've made some green ones too, just gotta finish a few other things before I can get to that!!! I don't know how many pieces you have on the go at once but i find i get kinda obsessed with 1 at a time.

I occasionally will have some projects with different media going on at the same time, i.e. a stained glass thing AND a drawing, but within one technique I'm like you: one thing at a time or stuff gets messy...

Beautiful - this is like an organically shaped bar of green and blacks chocolate!! the new addition of the felted beads really adds the overall effect too added dimension and texture - great.

Oh my goodness you are missing out!! It is organic chocolate and the best thing is because it has such a high cocoa content they even say it is good for you!! Whenever i purchase one of your necklaces (in the not too distant future i hope!) i shall send you a bar!

I really like the strong balance and symmetry of this one. The hanging... bit at the bottom is my fave, I think the copper spiral sets it all off perfectly

Yep, made it all myself. Felting is pretty easy, just tiime consuming.

The creative process is so interesting. You start with a simple idea that works well, and then inspiration follows in waves. It's easy to see why artists go through "periods" (blue periods, or still life phase). It's like the idea gets a life of its own. It must be very exciting for you right now.
