Hi there. Toby and the Flood remains one of my fonder memories of Thomas, but I cannot remember myself what the first episode I ever watched was. I do have a home movie from 1998 of me watching an episode from season 4, but I also watched VHS tapes of earlier episodes like Dirty Objects. It is a hell of a start for you though. In my childhood, I just about nearly played my Happy Holidays and Spooks & Surprises VHS tapes nearly half to death -- I have since digitised them so they will never have to enter a VCR again. Unsure if I have a favourite episode though, but Season 5 was my overall favourite.

I'm not gonna complain about the water in a funny color 'cause I've always questioned that in the official episode and someone on YouTube thinks that the water used in that scene was tomato soup (that's just a guess, though. Not sure if the water was dyed orange and red in the episode, either, but that's my guess) but you did a fantastic job with this one!
It rightfully deserves the praise from everyone who saw it, nice job!

That segment sort of reminds me of the part of "Dante's Peak" where Dreyfus gets swept away in the raging water while on the bridge and didn't make it. But, thankfully Toby did. Nice job, by the way!

You've nailed the dam pretty well, and I like how the track on either side of the bridge looks. Rain's pretty great too.
My only complaint would be the water. While it did look a lot like tomato sauce on TV, I agree with Trainboy- a slight bit of browning, or at least darkening, will make it look more like muddy, dark water, and less like Toby is surfing on Tobasco hot sauce
All kidding aside, this is epic. I commend you on your great work(I hope I'm using the right word, commend), and I look forward to seeing what you do in the future
