Scilla bifolia has a maching description
Scilla sibirica is similar but I think I photographed the first one

If it helps you, those flowers are only like 10cm tall and they bloom in early spring and grow in the forest, near a river

Well, they don't grow where I live so I don't know them. That genus was mentioned on the closest picture I found in Google Images.
