As a kid one of my very first comics was an issue of The Amazing Spiderman with an appearance by The Black Widow. I suppose that issue laid the foundation for two of my great loves: Spidey and gorgeous comic book babes.Geez, mom. Look what you started!

When The Black Widow first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man, she was the first superheroine to noticed him. And she fought him to see if he was worthy. It's too bad that past writers were not interested with using her and Spider-Man, as they should have had a working relationship a longtime ago. I would think that Spider-Man would be one of the few men that would she consider a crime fighting partner (besides Winter Soldier, Daredevil, and Hawkeye) that she could relate to.
None the less, she is featured in the current Amazing Spider-Man story arc, Ends of The Earth. This is the first time in nearly 30 years that we've seen The Black Widow and Spider-Man working together, and over 22 years since she first teamed up with Silver Sable.

Ha! I am, believe me, I am! You know it's funny - as a kid I can remember thinking that one day, waaaaaay off in the future if I was ever good enough to draw girls and make them look really cute that I would do it all the time. Dreams do come true. Lol.
