Mousse is the only child and son of Charlotte Brûlée, the eighth daughter of Charlotte Family. He feeds from the blood of young men, retaining his beauty and youth as his victims age in a quick speed of time and dies.

Ever since he was a child, he had strong complex with his appearance as he was once very ugly, cruelly bullied for such. When he devoured the devil fruit, his overall appearance changed as from ugly duckling to a swan…. or so everyone thought. He grew obsessed with becoming young to the point he’d ask a magic mirror (given by his mother) who’s the fairest/youthful of all, then gets FURIOUS when other young man surpasses him (he and Péter are arch-enemies).

One similar trait he inherited from his grandmother Big Mom, is an eating disorder but in a different, BLOODY way; crazily fixated on blood of youths, goes on gory rampage to the point he became CANNIBALISTIC (if he starves for month, he can wipe out ENTIRE Sweet City). When his hunger is satiated, he grew very pleased and has NO memory of his action during the bloody rampage.

However, he is in reality, a kind-hearted man who aids his cousins as the younger ones say the only time he looked beautiful is when he smiles genuinely. Mousse has a pet black kitten named “Mina”, whom he give a single drop of his blood to save her from starved to death when she was abandoned.
