Patricia Star is Bell’s best friend and neighbor of her and Octavia, residing in Wall Stone Terrace separate from hometown in Hawaii where her parents live. She was Bell’s friend since childhood when the blonde visited Hawaii with her parents. Since then, both were inseparable as they would keep in contact and eventually Patricia lives as her neighbor. Though dim-witted and slow, she would join in any misadventure with her best friend.

According to school faculties where she attended, her IQ were questionable as most of the time she was distracted in class by everything and fail at almost every subject. However, there are only minority of moments she can be a bit decent and smart enough to help her friends. Surprisingly, she graduated Mr. Puff’s driving class much earlier than Bell as she possess a small car in her garage, which was a gift from her parents during her birthday. Patricia has older sister Samantha and younger adoptive brother David. And according to Octavia, Samantha might be the reason why Patricia is dependent on her neighbors as Samantha constantly pampered her. But David was much more mature and sarcastic as he would make snarky comments of Patricia with Octavia sometimes. Nonetheless, Patricia cares for them as much as she is to Bell.
