Well I think I would say Madoka Magica is better than Utena cuz even though Madoka Magica had several deaths and being a magical girl ends up in misfortune and you would eventually become a witch and stuff like that, I think Utena is kinda worse cuz the series makes me lose sanity and a lot of the characters are backstabbing jerks,even though the manga is better.

Kyubey I can't really sympathize with,but Homura just wanted to protect Madoka,and Madoka risked her life to stop all the witches from the past,present,and future from being born.
