and why would you need easy access to it?  
You only seem to use it in the box on your page and there you have all of those thumbs already.

You could move them to the correct gallery and add links to them at the end of the page.

I'm very sick and I'm not going to do all of that work just because a dancing plz doesn't like it. I already have minimal time when I actually feel good enough to be on my laptop and I don't exactly want to waste it. So instead I'm going to be watching cat videos on YouTube...

Others will see it and start to submit their stuff to the Emoticon Gallery as well just to get into add media. And real Emoticons will get lost in the amount of miscats....
it is already horrible in the "normal" Emoticon Gallery, we don't need that in the add media bar
