I love the blurring of the divers, contrasted with the sharpness of the rocks. It gives pre-eminence to the scenery, relegating the people to am incidental position, by producing complete anonymity. I love people in scenic images, but I also want them to be anonymous, just "another part of the scenery", and you have achieved that brilliantly with this image. Bravo!
