Hey! I`m here for the give-a-critique-get-a-critique... so here we go
The design of your dragon is absolutely beautiful, however that clashes with the simplicity of the horse (and the maybe person?) off to the left. If I could recommend one more thing, it would be to add light shading to your piece as it will add depth without taking away from the charm this drawing holds
