I like it, but I must agree with "Sibusinho" should be simple, n you can try another option with gray outside n yellow for the center part,

I actually don't really like how it's between this "3D glowing things" and a simple logo to be honest. If it was just a simple yellow and grey logo or completely 3D it was better I think.
I hope you can understand what I'm trying to explain

Thats what i did in the beginning but Sum clients dont understand that .. All what they want is an icon and the brand name beside it ... I like simplicity too but ..
