I was doing sketches for my design class and I drew a line that I didn't want. Instinctively I pressed ctrl+z onto my drawing pad. Fail.

A few years ago, I would automatically go to use 'ctrl+Z' when I screwed up in something, then I'd remember I wasn't at the computer and that the 'ctrl+Z' funtion wasn't possible in real life. It was a horrible feeling, and I'm sure others as well as I wish it were possible, it would sure make life a whole lot easier.
