this is Salem, another Hazbin Hotel OC, and he genuinely gave me the creeps whilst I was drawing him - adding the black background after working on white was a jumpscare! I didn't actually expect him to look this spooky. He took around 3 hours to finish T~T

Salem died a very long time ago and has been in hell for thousands of years, not much is known about him but he's considered as a very non-Disney Ursula - a sorcerer that grants "wishes", and rumour has it he can even send the damned to heaven. But everything comes with a price.
