wOW even more new characters!! that aren't actually new, if you have been watching me for a while.
Cat and Lizzy are IH's main villains sorta? or at least they are on the first ark! before some stuff happens :3 haha
They aren't very developed but I will give it a shot at describing their personalities.

Age: adult (not sure how old yet) Age: adult (not sure how old yet)
Breed: Flame Tail Siamese Breed: Siamese

Mr.Cat Information:
Cat is Lizzy's mate, he used to live on Arcadia but turned against it after a change of laws that he didn't like. He is a very smart boy, used to be head of the scientists back in Arcadia. He is very good at organizing and guiding people. He is closed minded, doesn't accept critiques or different opinions because he believes he is always right.
He is the typical goofy villain who never seems to succeed at anything
but things change :'/

Lizzy Info:
There isn't much info on her but I got this.
She is Cat's mate, mother to Mila (ref soon to come) and can be a bit of an overbearing mother. She was also a scientist on Arcadia until the change of laws and she is immensely smart, probably the reason why she caught Cat's attention :3c tho Lizzy is more of a Developer scientist while Cat lands more on the explorer side. She is the one that invents most of the stuff Cat uses. He has the ideas, she makes them.
Lizzy made Mila's armor (the same one Cat's alt design has on the ref). But most importantly Lizzy really likes experimenting with light and electricity. Its her thing. You can see even the armor she made uses light as a weapon. sHE A BIG OL NERD
