Description
My take on a Communist Austrian flag from Hearts of Iron IV. Unlike the HoI4 counterpart, I chose the 1918 CoA concept. While the flag used in game had it defaced with the 1955 Coat of Arms (which with the Hammer, Sickle and Broken Chains could be spun off as a Communist symbol), I feel like the 1918 CoA fit the mold just as well, if not better for those who know what the emblems on Austria's Coat of Arms represent.
