Flag set for the Soviet Union in the style of Hearts of Iron IV:

In the case of the Soviet Union (and why it has no representation of the Empire) I am dividing this into two tags, the Soviet Union tag as shown here, and a separate tag, RUS, for Russia, as it would be depicted in games prior to Hearts of Iron IV.

- Non-Aligned: Modern Flag of Russia, used from 1696-1918 (with de facto official use since 1883, and naval use since 1700) and from 1993 onwards. Original name was "Russia."
- Democratic: Flag of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and the succeeding Russian Federation from 1991-1993. Original name is "Russian Federation."
- Communist: Flag of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics from 1936-1955. Original name was "Soviet Union," where the more formal name is used here.
- Fascist: Flag of Russia's National Bolshevik Party. Original name is "Russian Empire." But chose to adopt something that would be fitting for a non-monarchic position.
