Description
Location: BlackPoolNote: When editing this photograph, I first brought up the contrast and lower the brightness a well a lower the levels so that the colour of the graffiti would pop out more. After that, I then saved it and reopened it which I then used the black and white feature to turn it monochrome. Then I used the erase tool to bring back the colour of the graffiti while still leaving the rest of the photography monochrome.
