This is...a picture of an OC character I created for the To Aru Majitsu no Index series. It's another one of those "I haven't actually written the story in which this character is featured but I love them so much that I wanted to make cool pictures of them anyways" cases.

As some might notice, the style in which I drew her hair is very reminiscent of Phantom Wizard, since I've become so determined to learn the style that its gotten difficult for me to draw long-haired characters without making it all swishing like that. I was intending to make this character's hair wavy, though, so it worked out in my favor.

I mention that this character is for the To Aru Majitsu no Index series. In particular to that, she is a science-side character with the ability to alter her body's density. I won't go in-depth about it- I based it off of Mutant X's density altering characters more than anything, so look them up and you'll get the idea.

Humorously, I still haven't thought of a name for her yet. I feel like I might have had one for her in the past, but never wrote it down. Names are important things when I'm making characters, so it takes me quite a while to decide on one.

On the picture itself, I started out by first drawing her on paper. I then traced the scanned image in Photoshop via my tablet, colored it, got a cool texture and then used a few blurs and blend modes to end up with what you see here. It didn't take me very long and I had lots of fun making it (so maybe it did take me long, but I just didn't notice the time passing by?)
