Anyways, I always see Vitani as the mischievous sibling and Kovu somehow getting dragged into whatever tomfoolery [hell yeah I just used that word] she is up to.

I really liked how her hair is on her. It makes her stand out as one of the main characters.
I might be wrong, but I think you colored her eyes purple.
Her eyes are actually blue.

O.O omg...i dont know why i ask every artist with WONDERFUL artwork this question...i know they will say "with lots of practice." i practice a lot and everyday i think i will never become such a good artist like tanidareal or dolphy or you...and then i become depressed...

That just blows my mind.
I know it's exhausting to hear but it's the only way to get better you know?
I only started taking art seriously about 2 years ago, but I've been drawing since I was about 14 so 6 years now. It's just something you have to keep working at and it eventually becomes a part of your every day.
For instance, when I'm with my friends or out and about I see things I didn't before: how people stand, what they do with their hands and how they place them, how animals move, etc.
Over time you learn to think like an artist and become more aware of how everything is designed around you. That really helps with improvement because it makes you want to draw even more.
The only way to get better is to continue doing it.

i know i know, but it is so discouraging to see a picture by Dolphy with her awesome coloring and to think "I will never become so good"...i know it is possible, but when i look at my pictures, it seems so far away...i don't even know how i should learn this or how they made that. and to know that the only way to do it is practicing...but when i practice, i draw a picture, and if it doesn't look good enough i become despondent. and it's like this again and again...

Everyone has to start somewhere and Dolphy has been drawing for a VERY long time.
Look up tutorials on deviantart. That's how I started. You just have to get a foothold and you can only go up from there.
And you CAN be that good. It's thinking that you can't achieve it that will keep you from getting better. Stay positive.

I can see so much improvement in my art and it's only been a year. If I can do it I know you can too. You just have to keep at it. And you're starting young. I wish i started taking my art as seriously as you at 13. In a few years you'll be amazing I promise you that. But you have to keep at it. Artists aren't just born amazing. You have to work up to that level.
