I was commissioned to create a hat to celebrate Ascot, the needs were something totally different but related to horses/horse racing. I thought what's more unique than a carousel horse in a horse race which then led me down the rabbit hole or the magic roundabout and other carousel and 5he. I thought the most universal carousel horse racing was Mary Poppins so No_Clops then became Burt, Jane, Michael and the practically perfect Mary Poppins and won the competition
