Description
This is the base template for a Evangelion NERV ID Card. The card dimensions are aproximatly 3 3/4" by 2 1/8" (The size of a credit card).

This template was used to craft the ID badges my friends and I wore during Megacon 2010 as Shinji, Rei and Asuka. The card template was modeled after the card found in Stage 14 of the manga and was drawn up entirely in MS Paint. I do not recall the font used for the text shown, but I used Arial Narrow, Bold Face for the subject's name and ID number (under the picture).

Feel free to use this card for your own projects or cosplays, just don't claim it as your own, post the template on other websites, or make any money off of it.

Of course, I do not claim to own anything involved with Evangelion, all rights to that awesome series belong to Studio Gainax.
