This is very nicely done, I love the smooth curvature of the blue lineart. You did a great job just making it look cold! the texture of the background reminds me of ice crystals. I really love this :3

Aaah I remember seeing this on tumblr first c:

I like how the outlines of color are set up with some variability in the width of the edges. Also... the anatomy of the face/muzzle really emphasizes how it's like an organic motion to breathe frost into subfreezing air. I think the blue lines for interior edges give some indication of the cool temperature here, and the background between the edge of the fur and the fade out into transparency is a nice touch, also. You can really tell how Twi is freezingksjhgsk...

And the t(w)iforce scarf does look better at this angle. I also like the organic curvature to the front leg and tail that's visible here, as well.
