Layle from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers. This pic has been on my laptop FOREVER, so I decided to finish it! XDThe whole thing was supposed to be lineless, but I got lazy so only his hair is! hahahaha!!
Edit: I fixed some parts that were bugging me.
Edit 2: I touched up some of the colors
Edit 3: Haha I did the Redraw Meme XD
Done in Paint Tool SAI.

Wow, it's been out for almost four years now (I remember waiting in line to buy it the day it came out - good times, great fun XD) It's a really great game, but then - all the Crystal Chronicles games are great games XD
