I really like that design idea, would love to see it fully coloured
Impressive the way that you may managed to make her dragonfly features blend so seamlessly together with her more human anatomy, especially at the forarms, chest and waist. Great work
If I may come with a piece of constructive critisism to the design I think that she would look more elegantly balanced without her additional spider arms, leaving only her legs, human arms and wings.

I just see how few cosplayers make the costume of Elise to do the dragonfly form.
But a dragonfly has got 6 "legs or arms" (as you want xD) and 2 pairs of wings and if I look to the basic Elise, her has 8 legs in human form : human arms, humans legs (4) and 2 pairs of spider "legs/arms" (4) => so 8 members like a spider
So I respect your critic but that don't follow the design of Riot of Elise who get same legs than the insect which sh morph in ^^'

Trust me I am well aware of insect physiology and anatomy, my best friend is an entomology student and crazy about bugs, insects and other critters
Oh, I was more commenting more on the aesthetic appearance than on the gameplay mechanics, but that is obviously your choice
If you want to keep them I suggest (only if you feel like doing revisions at all, obviously) perhaps make the spider-like arms a bit thicker and longer so that they do not look as spindly. In her official forms the additional limbs are fairly pronaunced as far as I recall.
