Design 2/3this is an edited version of the basic crowstorm design. not much change, albeit the radial blur.
the idea behind this was behind League of Legends. The character who uses this particular move is named Fiddlesticks... a badass scarecrow, basically. He's quite similar to Batman's Scarecrow, who manipulates fear to dominate his enemies, with the exception that he can summon a murder of crows to - KAW KAW KAW KAW KAW KAW KAW KAW!!!!

I like the idea of viewing it from within the crowstorm, the chaotic scary kind of feel you've got going on here. My biggest issue is that I just don't find that single crow in the center of the composition a particularly powerful or interesting focal. For one, its dead center of the piece (a place that one should usually avoid placing the focal), and two, because its just another crow in dozens, no different from the rest.
If you could place Fiddlesticks into your composition (since he IS at the center of crowstorm
