Here's a scene:

Kasumi was standing beside a street cafe, waiting for her friend so that they can try out the delicious food inside, when she felt a twinge in her belly.

At first, it was just an annoying twinge, something she thought would pass shortly. But then the twinges became more frequent and stronger...

Eventually, the the pain became so bad that standing straight requires a lot of effort, and Kasumi hates showing that kind of weakness in the public, even though most would not even bother.

Thus, Kasumi decided to go to a quiet area, so that she could nurse her stomachache...
