I like the saturation in the colors here, and the interesting details/texture in the background. The simple lines and expression give this a certain elegance.

I'm glad you like it! I colored pieces of paper before cutting the shapes for the fox out, but I tried to pay attention to the saturation and placement of the colors when I arranged the fox. I also really like how the background turned out and how the fox seems a little dainty.

thats a real thing as well, foxes will do a sort of dance before mating, it was called the fox trot for that reason :3

meh, i dont know anything else about it. its rarly seen after all (most fox courtships are in their earths, not above ground you see)

Well, it wasn't an actually vase. xD VASE stands for Visual Art Scholastic Event, so I was working on a large Prismacolor piece of art for the competition.
