I made Mrs. Norris if she were a human.

Here's her half assed bio (full bio will come later.)
Centuries ago she wandered into the Egyptian desert and found a vacant shrine and decided to live there and fix it up. Bastet came to her one night and commanded her to dedicate the shrine to her and give her offerings. She also commanded that Manna (Mrs norris) try to get people to come to the shrine by offering healing. Bastet gave her wand made with her own whisker and that any manna can weild it. Anyone else that touched her wand would burst into flames. She also cast an impenetrable ward on Manna to keep people from harming Manna
Manna started healing muggles and performing healing spells for them. People everywhere heard about bastet's shrine and came to watch Manna perform these miracles. Word got to the ministry of magic and they tried to restrict Manna from performing these spells for muggles. Manna refused. When they tried to take her wand, those who touched it burst into flames and died. Some wizards tried to use the killing curse on Manna, but she was protected by the warding spell cast by Bastet. The wizards fled from the shrine and came together to come up with a spell to contain Manna and her wand. The were able to transform Manna into an ordinary cat and were able to lock her wand away without touching it. Manna could no long tend to the shrine. Bastet came to her again and ordered her to leave the shrine and to never return.
For centuries, Manna wandered the earth, eventually she came across Argus Filch, who took her in, fed her, bathed her, and gave her a new name, "Mrs. Norris."
Manna loved the old man, who was so kind to her and loved her in return. Manna was happier with Argus than she's ever been.
Everything changed one day when the spell that was put upon her was somehow lifted she awaken one day human again. Argus, shocked, still wrapping his head around it, had to get used to his best friend, now a walking and talking and understanding woman.
