Oh, I LOVE your work, and this allegedly naughty girl soon to be driven to the police station--then off to jail! I kinda like naughty girls, and this one is practically an archetypal model! Her dress, or lack thereof, seems like that a naughty girl would wear. I don't know if she appears that way in public; if she is she sort of makes herself a target, like a girl of any age deliberately sassing the authority of her father, like she's inviting punishment, but she thinks she can run away successfully til her dad's anger has cooled; if she's caught? Well she thinks she can escape punishment, using her "daddy's little girl" charm to talk herself out of a spanking. Not so, there or here. Maybe the arrested girl believes she can use a different kind of charm on the cops, winning herself release from any detention. That probably would make her situation worse, so, calm now, this trip is only the preliminary to her being humiliatingly dragged off to jail--at which time this apparent "easy," co-operative arrest, is a thing of the past. . . . Yeah! I wish! She could pass for Ivy: red hair, beautiful complexion (over-all beauty, of course), skimpy clothes. She's wanted, so she can be picked up by any law-enforcement official under any circumstances. I'm not sure, but I think Ivy is "cuffed and busted" more than any super-villain, and the girl here? Well, it seems to me that she somehow is inviting arrest--not really, but she is kinda dressed for the occasion. She looks to me like a VERY naughty girl, and whether she's Ivy or not, the cops somehow naturally pick her up, for any suspicion of law-breaking. I had not before considered this girl to be Ivy. Bur, now that you mention it--why not? It's nice to imagine! I love Ivy, and she's SO often shown being hauled off to jail, in jail, plotting to escape jail, then free again. But Ivy is HOT, two ways--sexy and dangerous. Here? she apparently doesn't even try to struggle (though she does usually, and she often wins). But here? Doesn't the girl, as Ivy or some other exciting, largely naked bad girl: maybe it's just routine to her. She's pretty sure she WON'T BE THERE LONG! (Hope she's right!)
