this is a beautiful drawing! the waves and flow of the hair, its perfect! the expression make a great impact to the drawing! the shading is also good!
the background..is supposed to be underwater right?maybe you should add like,the light from above(?) to make the background,under water, more like deep in the sea, rather than just making the background one color.
and also,i think it will be better if you draw miku holding the mic(hold at the top of the ribbon)to make it look like she is holding the mic and want to make it real close to her,but its ok not to draw the hand to
to sum it up all, this drawing is MARVELOUS
