Kinda embarrassing, how I had to look up, which animeΒ Kuroshitsuji actually is, lmfao. Surprised it's a dead fandom thought, I know many people actually loved Black Butler. I never watched it personally thought. ;///;" Me and watching anime is kinda a rarity.
That's definitly going to be a lot of work, designing a world can be really hard. How many pictures are you planning on doing about it?
If OCs in general, I do have a few animal/anthro and some humanoid characters.. I barely even draw 90 percent thought. I don't have any Bakugan OCs thought and you? π

That's always a shame, when you want to cosplay a character but the character has nothing for sale... Usually they have something, but the quality it so bad and not even worth it. :/ Which characters did you and your friend wanted to cosplay? o3o
Actually little comics with parts of the background, sounds like a great idea. >.< It can help you practise backgrounds aswell.
