Quiet and usually very passive, however when annoyed he tends to get a little careless with his lantern and usually singes his clothes, this has made him good friends of the local tailors. As part of a Yakuza group in the area his job is to protect the territory. So acting tough is a mainstay of his life, for some reason though instead of fearing him the citizens of his neighborhood greet him as a friend. His scowling face tends to make people want to comfort him rather than run away.

History:

Ever since his being born, he has been attempting to build a rocket to get to the moon, so at night kids tend to fallow the glowing rabbit to the fields and watch his rockets fail and explode in the air. Some feel that he gave up and just keeps building them to entertain the kids. His glowing hair seems to be attributed with a chemical compound he was experimenting with for brighter fireworks, though it has become a “wonder of the city” that people stop to look at.

He grew up an orphan and due to being quick on his feet he made some good friends. His friends got him into a good house-hold with lots of brothers; unknown to him this house-hold was part of the local Yakuza.

Now to pay his dues for being feed and having a rough over his head, his job every night is to walk the streets and patrol their territory, however while doing this he takes it upon himself to light the street lights with his lantern. So if you pay attention at night you can see the lamps light up like fire flies in the night.

As a side job he gets requests to travel from town to town to set up firework displays for festivals each year. Though for a true display of his skills you have to come to the festivals of his home town where fireworks of extreme proportions get launched.
